Absolutely the best hotel we stayed in Mexico. As a hotelier, I can definitely tell you, that I am jealous of their Staff commitment and level of service. Absolutely recommended without a question.
Very good breakfast, clean hotel with a good view of the city. Well kept rooms. Close to the Marimba Park and downtown.
Excellent high-speed free internet, up to 3 devices per room. Great free breakfast included with your usual cereal, fruit and yoghurt but also a small hot buffet selection with breakfast standards (scrambled eggs) and regional dishes. Very clean room & bathroom. Great beds. A/C & shower work perfectly. Local taxi driver on staff, can be hired for pick-up/drop-off or by the hour. Receipts and Mexican factura available. Great pizza & craft beer restaurant just around the corner (Florentina Pizza), as well as other options within walking distance.
Clean hotel with really good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Close to Parque Morelos Bicentenario, with many steps views of fireworks & sunset. A bit far from TGZ airport, but then again all hotels are located in the heart of Tuxtla, didn't find any closer to the airport.
We stay there for 5 days love it , wish they had a small fridge in the room but other than that everything was wonderful
We loved the king suite with a great view over the city The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Cynthia at the front desk. An easy three block walk to Parque Marimba and close to the bicentennial park. The breakfast buffet was excellent!

The hotel was exceptionally clean and easy to locate... walkable from downtown. Breakfast was good but it was the serving staff that gives the breakfast high marks. Again, very clean and lots of choices. Only downfall was the hot water that was hit and miss, although it was 100% better than many other hotels we have stayed ar over the past 5 weeks. Reception staff were wonderful. Hector was a standout for his service to us. Many thanks.
